Nowak & Associates, Inc. is a Private Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Disability Management Firm located 30 miles south west of Chicago, Illinois.
We provide innovative disability management, vocational rehabilitation counseling, and return to work services to injured workers and their employers in Illinois.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time (20 to 30 hrs.) Independent Contract Professional. Reimbursement is on the billable hour and dependent on experience. No benefits.
Qualifications Include: Excellent writing skills, analytical abilities relating to case management, problem solving skills, research abilities, knowledge and competency in Motivational Interviewing, ability to work independently and travel (local travel). Responsible for the assessment and ultimate job placement of worker compensation claimants.
Educational Requirements: Master Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with a CRC.
