Online Membership Application - Graduate Student

Thanks for your interest in joining the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals as a Graduate Student Member.

Our online join process involves two steps:

Step 1: Please complete the following application. Once submitted, a Membership Services team member will review your application ensuring that you qualify for membership.  If approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to pay for your membership bundle.  If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, please check your SPAM filter and/or call IARP Membership Services toll free at: 888-427-7722.

Step 2: You will receive an e-mail with instructions for logging into our online store, where you will pay for your membership products.  Upon payment, you will receive a receipt for your membership purchase, followed by a Welcome e-mail with details on how to take advantage of all the benefits of membership.

Proof of Graduate School Program Participation

Student membership qualifications are outlined at www.rehabpro.org. All student applicants must provide a letter from their academic program on the institution’s letterhead that certifies s/he is in a full- or part-time matriculated program with that degree program identified and a tentative date of expected program completion.

You are entitled to One Section membership for free with your Student membership. Additional Sections are $40 per Section. (To join the SS-VE section, verification of BPA with SSA is required)
If you are joining the SS-VE Section, you must have a current BPA with SSA. Please provide your BPA contract number here.

Student members are encouraged (but not required) to join their local chapter.

If you would like to make a contribution to the SSA-VE Government Relations Fund, please enter the amount of your contribution in the box below. PLEASE NOTE: The Social Security Administration Vocational Government Relations Fund is comprised of non-tax-deductible contributions that support federal government relations on behalf of the SS-VE section.
If you would like to make a contribution to the Gale Gibson Memorial Educational Scholarship fund, please enter the amount of your contribution in the box below. PLEASE NOTE: Gale Gibson Memorial Educational Scholarship Fund is comprised of non-tax-deductible contributions that supports educational opportunities for rehabilitation professionals.

PLEASE NOTE: No part of IARP dues are tax deductible as a charitable expense. According to provisions of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, 100% of IARP member dues may be deductible as a business expense.
