Conference Objectives:
• Understand the methodlogy of the functional capacity evaluation for application in the return to work process.
• Interpret the assigned restrictions and limitations for accuracy relative to the jobs available to the injured worker.
• Communicate with the physical therapist relative to the test results and their utilization in LOEC’s and job placement.
• Learn the judicial process and interpretation of restrictions.
• Learn to implement new techniques and ideas for job placement, especially in rural areas.
• Understand the process of identifying jobs within the areas and communicate with the area business people and job matching.
• Map the progress of the injured worker in their job search.
