Membership Information
IALCP was established in 1996 as a privately owned professional membership association to serve the advanced practice educational needs of life care planners and to promote the application of Standards of Practice for life care planners in the field. Several contributions have been made by IALCP since 1996 including spearheading the development of our Standards, peer reviewed Fellow designation, Advantage – the electronic newsletter, ethics hotline, international online membership directory and a liability insurance policy specifically for life care planners. IALCP has developed over the past nine years and currently has 336 members throughout the United States , Canada , England , Ireland and New Zealand .
