Liberty Mutual’s Group Market is currently hiring a Manager, Vocational Case Management & Return to Work Services professional.  In this role, you will be responsible for directing, monitoring and analyzing the activities and results of the Vocational Case Management Program in all Group Disability Claim offices. Responsible for the design and implementation of Vocational Case Management training to claim office personnel. Responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing projects related to Vocational Case Management in support of disability claims. Functions as the manager of other Vocational Case Management personnel.

~Responsible for staffing metrics, referral guidelines, tracking systems, billing processes, and reporting for the VCM program.
~ Manages the budget for all Group Market Vocational Case Management resources.
~ Responsible for defining processes and metrics and then monitors results for any Group Market Vocational pilots.
~ Responsible for the development and implementation of Vocational Case Management training for all claims personnel.
~ Responsible for Vocational Case Manager hiring criteria, hiring competency testing, training and Quality Assurance.  Defines Vocational Case Manager training, performance objectives, and evaluation metrics.  Deals decisively with performance and/or conduct issues using the performance management process.  Identifies and develops high potential team members to assume leadership roles.
~ Establish and maintain national network of Vocational Rehabilitation Providers. Monitor and audit results of Vocational Rehabilitation vendors and other service providers.
~ Serves as a liaison between the vocational dept and Group Market claims, Home Office, and medical departments.  Frequently interacts with operation managers and regional operation managers and travels to field claims operations as warranted.
~ Assists with Request For Proposal's and meets with customers as requested.  Travel required as needed to assist sales with presenting Vocational Case Management and Return To Work programs. 
~ Responsible for development and delivery of RTW programs to Group Market customers.  This includes development of materials for sales organization, presentation at prospect and customer meetings, and travel required for delivery of services.

Qualifications:

~ Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling (or related field) and national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) &/or Certified Disability Management Consultant (CDMS) required.
~ 5 to 7 years experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, (including three years experience working with Group Disability products) is required.
~ Demonstrated ability to lead, devise and implement procedures, analyze complex subject matter, manage multiple priorities and projects, make decisions, problem-solve, negotiate conflict, and communicate orally and in writing to diverse audiences required.
~ Excellent presentation skills and an understanding of disability claims management process required.

Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
