IARP has arranged for a special conference rate of $199 per night rate (plus applicable taxes) at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Be sure to mention that you are attending the IARP Conference when you make your reservation. Space is limited and IARP can not guarantee the room block with still be available at the cut-off date.

Air Travel

The Omni Shoreham Hotel is just 8 miles from Reagan National Airport and 28 miles from Dulles International Airport.

IARP has arranged special discounted airfares for conference attendees flying in and out of Washington, DC on American Airlines (IARP discount code: A8747AW). Reservations can be made online at www.aa.com or by contacting American Airline’s meeting services desk at (800) 433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada. There is a separate ticketing charge of $10 for tickets purchased via phone or $15 for tickets purchased at the airport. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.aa.com. Lowest fares depend on space availability, so book your flight early.

Ground Transportation

FROM DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Shuttle Service: Super Shuttle is available at Ground Transportation Level directly to the hotel. Approximately $25 for one passenger and $8 for additional passengers.

Taxi Service: Approximately $55

Sedan Service (reservations required): Approximately $65.

FROM REAGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT

Metro: Take the Metro (Yellow Line in the direction of Mount Vernon Square) to Gallery Place/Chinatown. Change to the Red Line in the direction of Shady Grove. Take Red Line to Woodley Park/Zoo/Adams Morgan stop. The hotel is located half a block from the metro. Approximately $1.20 - $1.90 per person
