Please note - to book within the contracted block, the hotel does require a three (3) night minimum, Thursday, May 15th thru Saturday, May 17th.

IARP has arranged for a special conference rate of $199.00 per night rate (plus applicable taxes) at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza. In order to receive this special rate, call the hotel directly at or (310) 228-1234 by April 13, 2008. Be sure to mention that you are attending the IARP Conference when you make your reservation. Space is limited and IARP can not guarantee the room block with still be available at the cut-off date.

IARP has established a second block of sleeping rooms, for Summit Attendees at the InterContinental Los Angeles Century City. To make reservations at the InterContinental
please call 310/284-6500. Make sure to reference "IARP" to obtain the special discounted group rate of $199.00 per night. The InterContinental is located just three (3) blocks from the
Hyatt Regency Century Plaza at 2151 Avenue of the Stars, Los Angeles, CA 90067. This hotel does require a two (2) night minimum.

AIRFARE DISCOUNTS
IARP has arranged special discounted airfares for conference attendees flying in and out of Los Angeles on American Airlines (IARP discount code: A8758BD). Reservations can be made online at www.aa.com or by contacting the American Airlines meeting services desk at 800-433-1790. There is a separate ticketing charge of $15 for tickets purchased via phone or $20 for tickets purchased at the airport. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed online. Lowest fares depend on space availability, so book your flight early.

Please note that international originating guests will need to call their local reservations numbers and provide an agent with the IARP discount code.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM LAX TO THE HYATT REGENCY CENTURY PLAZA
Super Shuttle offers 24-hour service, seven days a week to and from LAX. Arriving guests will find a Shared Ride island outside of each baggage claim area. Look for blue vans with yellow lettering marked “Super Shuttle.” Departing hotel guests can make reservations 24 hours in
advance of leaving the hotel for LAX. Phone: 800-258-3826 (outside California) or 310-782-6600 (inside California). Cost: $13 each way.

Taxis may be found curbside on the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal under the yellow signs indicating “Taxis.” Passengers will be presented with a ticket stating
typical fares to major destinations. Departing hotel guests should speak with the hotel concierge to arrange transportation back to LAX. Cost: approximately $35.00 each way.
