Job Summary
Position Summary: This position is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of cost effective rehabilitation programs as a vocational expert providing consultation and counseling services review of medical and other data, and coordination of a wide range of services aimed at returning disability claimants to gainful employment.

Main Accountabilities
Position Responsibilities: Develop, implement and coordinate vocational rehabilitation plans. Includes analyzing rehabilitation potential on a case by case basis; facilitate return to work, job placements, terminations, denials, settlements and provide vocational counseling. Provide vocational counseling, assesses claimants to determine feasibility for services. Analyze and interpret claim and rehabilitation data. Plan and perform vocational rehabilitative with selected claimants and supervise services contracted to private rehabilitation companies. Disseminates vocational information in periodic seminars; interprets vocational information on a one on one and group basis.

Requirements: MS in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field, CRC or CRC eligible. Prefer 5+ years experience in Disability or Workers’ Comp Insurance.
