LISA SUHONOS, MS, CDMS, ABVE, a multi-lingual Vocational Expert, is the owner of Suhonos’ Occupational Services, Inc. in Carmichael, CA.  She provides forensic Vocational Evaluations and Consulting applicable to the venues of Workers' Compensation, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Employment Law.  She is a specialist in employment law cases, such as ADA/FEHA Reasonable AccommodationLisa serves on the Board of Directors of the California Chapter of IARP.

KEITH S. WILKINSON, MA, CRV-D , ABVE- Diplomate, is the owner of Keith Wilkinson & Associates in Orange, CA .  He provides evaluations and testimony in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Family Law and ADA compliance cases, as well as Social Security evaluations.  Keith serves on the Legislative Committee for the California Chapter of IARP.

MARK REMAS, MA, CRC is the owner of The REMAS Group is San Diego.  He serves as a Vocational Expert for plaintiff and defense evaluation of personal injury, labor, medical malpractice, and family law cases.  He practices as a Social Security Disability VE and provides vocational services to Veterans.  Mark is the President of the Board of Directors of the California Chapter of IARP.

WILLIAM HERRERAS, Esq., is an applicant attorney in Grover Beach.  He was the first Latino president of CAAA. He serves on the Association’s Amicus-Curiae Committee.  He is the 2011 recipient of the Eugene Marias Lifetime Achievement Award for Professional Excellence.  He is a frequent presenter at CAAA and other venues on the latest developments in Workers' Compensation Legislation.

JOHN FOUNTAINE, M.A., CRC, CCM has been practicing as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and case manager for more than twenty years.  He is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Case Manager.  He has provided consultation, opinion and expert testimony in workers compensation cases, personal injury, and marital dissolution cases in Washington State and Alaska.  He is a recognized expert for the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals, as well as a contracted counselor for the Veteran’s Administration. He prepares life care plans and provides wage earning capacity opinions.

ELLIE ETTNER, MS, CRC, CDMS, is a Sr. Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant for the UNUM Group, Glendale, CA.  She has kept the California Chapter of IARP alive, serving as the President (2002-2008) and the Treasurer (2009-Present) and Website Administrator. 

CLOIE B. JOHNSON, M.Ed., CCM, ABVE-D is a vocational rehabilitation counselor and case manager with OSC Vocational Systems, Inc. in Bothell, Washington. She has been practicing in the rehabilitation field since 1987 providing consultation, opinion and vocational expert testimony in workers’ compensation, personal injury and employment discrimination cases. She has particular expertise in provide earning capacity assessments and preparing life care plans and medical bill reviews in injury cases involving the complicated constellation and interplay of physical, mental and emotional impairment. She is the immediate past Chair of the International Academy of Life Care Planners and is currently serving as Managing Editor of the Rehabilitation Professional Journal.

ANTHONY J. CHOPPA, earned his M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1979 from Kent State University; is a co-founder of OSC Vocational Systems, Inc. , practicing since 1976.  OSC has over 50 employees throughout the State of Washington specializing in “hands on” case management (life care planning) and vocational rehabilitation services. He has published many Life Care Plan and Vocational Rehabilitation articles and is a frequent speaker on rehabilitation issues. Mr. Choppa served on the Boards of the International Academy of Life Care Planners and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. He holds certifications including CRC, CDMS and CCM. His specialties include life care planning, vocational assessment, and economic damage calculations. 

TIMOTHY FIELD, PHD has been an author, consultant, educator, and vocational expert within the public and private rehabilitation sectors since joining the faculty at the University of Georgia in 1972.  As an academic advisor and major professor at UGA, more than 75 masters candidates and 19 doctoral candidates graduated with degrees in counseling and rehabilitation.  Dr. Field was a vocational expert and advisor to the social security program and to both plaintiff and defense attorneys in personal injury litigation.  Over the last 15 years, Dr. Field has conducted over 350 seminars to rehabilitation professionals on the topics of job analysis, transferable work skills, loss of employability, and lost earning capacity.  In recent years, Dr. Field has concentrated on authoring books and developing related resources (journals, study guides, etc.) through printing and publishing for professionals in the rehabilitation industry.  Dr. Field is a frequent contributor of articles to the professional journals in rehabilitation.  In terms of presentations, Dr. Field has presented annually at state, regional and national conferences for over 30 years.

PAUL BIELACZYC, Esq., is a Mediator, an Arbitrator and an Attorney with an extensive background in civil litigation. His area of practice includes Employment Contracts, Personal Injury, Business Disputes, Construction Defect, and Real Estate. He is certified as an ADR professional. His work includes Mediations, Neutral Evaluations and Arbitrations along with acting as a Special Master or Discovery Referee.  He is active as a Settlement Master of the Santa Barbara and Ventura Superior Courts facilitating Mandatory Settlement Conferences. He is a panelist for the Santa Barbara Superior Court CADRe program, as well as the Ventura County and San Luis Obispo County Superior Court ADR programs. He is also a member of the fee panels for the Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement and Creative Mediation of San Luis Obispo.
