2011 Forensic Conference to Use Online Evaluation and Certificate System (again)
The IARP 2011 Forensic Conference will feature an online evaluation system agin this year. The conference sessions and overall conference evaluation will be submitted via an online evaluation process.
To qualify for continuing education credit (CEU) and nursing contact hours, you must complete an evaluation for each session attended. Your evaluations will be collected and recorded via an online evaluation system. Please note, only evaluations submitted via the online evaluation system will be considered for credit. No paper evaluations will be available.
Every attendee will receive an email, prior to the event, that will contain a 2011 evaluation ID and PASSWORD. Be sure to keep the ID and Password as you will need this information to log in to the online evaluation system.
To access the online evaluation system, go to www.rehabpro.org. On the home page, click on the button 'Forensic Conference Evaluation'. A new page will open and require you to log in with your ID and PASSWORD. Once you are in, follow the instructions on how to proceed with your evaluation.
The online evaluation system will require an Attendance Code for each session you attempt to evaluate/claim. For your convenience, in your Conference Proceedings book, you will find a Session Code List with space reserved for you to record the unique attendance code that will be announced at the end of each educational session. Be sure to listen carefully for the attendance code and write it down in the space provided. This is the only time the Attendance Code will be announced. You will need this code to verify your attendance at the session when you attempt to evaluate/claim it.
Online evaluations can be submitted by a personal hand-held device such as Blackberry, iPhone, Android, etc., your laptop, Notebook, iPad, or any computer with Internet access. IARP will have a limited number of computers available in the registration/information area for your use. However, to avoid lines and unnecessary delays, we encourage you to use your personal electronic equipment.
You have until November 30, 2011 to submit your conference session evaluations. Once you have submitted all of your evaluations, you will have the ability to print a certificate that shows the number of CEUs earned for the entire conference and a separate list of the sessions you attended. You will want to keep the certificate for proof of attendance/credit when applying to the appropriate certifying body.
